Reservation and cancellation
To confirm your reservation, a 50% down payment is required along with a security deposit of P25,000.
- If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours, 30% of your deposit will be forfeited.
- If you cancel your reservation 24-48 hours before the event, the full amount of the security deposit will be forfeited.
Yes, you can reschedule your reservation. However, full payment is required, and rescheduling is subject to availability.
Yes, late rescheduling fees apply as follows:
- If you reschedule within 72 hours of your initial reservation, a 15% additional charge will be added.
- If you reschedule within 24-48 hours of your initial reservation, a 20% additional charge will be applied.
